VitaFly is a medical tourism facilitation program that:

• Connects patients with verified partner hospitals in India
• Provides case management and care coordination services
• Facilitates travel arrangements and documentation support
• Offers post-treatment follow-up and support services

Important: VitaFly is not a medical provider. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. All medical treatment is provided by our partner hospitals.

3. No Medical Guarantees

VitaFly does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that any medical treatment will be successful, cure any condition, or produce any specific outcome. Medical outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, and we make no claims about treatment success rates or outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your medical condition and requirements
• Disclose all relevant medical history and current medications
• Follow the advice and instructions of your treating physicians
• Comply with all travel and visa requirements
• Make timely payments as agreed upon with partner hospitals
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• All payments are made directly to partner hospitals or as otherwise agreed
• VitaFly may charge facilitation fees as disclosed upfront
• Payment schedules and methods will be communicated clearly before services commence
• Refund policies are determined by individual partner hospitals and will be disclosed prior to treatment

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaFly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or any medical treatment received through our facilitation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VitaFly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the VitaFly website and materials are the property of VitaFly or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws, or through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
